Due to overwhelming demand, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to compete. We will notify you of your status for competing.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Q: How much beer/food should I bring?</span><br />Brewers:<br />A: We are asking official competitors to bring 5 gallons of their homebrew, preferably in pony kegs with picnic taps, but large format bottles like growlers or 22 oz. bottles should suffice. We will provide tubs, ice and serving cups to competitors. All other equipment like coolers for transportation or beer openers is your responsibility.<br />Chefs:<br />A: Bring enough food to provide about 350 samples. A sterno and chafing dish will be provided to those who indicate they need one on the entry from.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Q: Do I have to make a certain type of beer/dish?</span><br />A: Basically, there are no rules. Make something you are proud of. Weird or unique ingredients or fermentation methods are welcome.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Q: How will the judging take place?</span><br />A: The audience will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite homebrews and dishes.
